About Globizz
Globizz Corporation is a consulting firm that helps businesses navigate complex regulations set by the FDA, EPA, USDA, and OEHHA, ensuring their products comply with all requirements for sale in the United States. In addition, Globizz provides business consulting services to support companies in successfully launching and expanding in the U.S. market.
User Problem
Globizz’s potential clients are unsure of how Globizz can assist them and whether it’s reliable.
Initial Problem Discovery
Globizz’s marketing team shares promotional content across the internet and various social media platforms to boost traffic to the website and attract potential clients. Although website traffic increased significantly, the number of new clients barely grew, indicating that Globizz struggled to convert potential clients into actual clients.
3 Key Problems
To successfully increase the number of clients, we identified three key problems and provided a solution for each.
Redesigned Versions
01 Services Page (Overview)
The webpage on the left is the old Globizz webpage, while the one on the right is the redesigned version. In my redesign, I enhanced the visual hierarchy, layout, CTAs, images, navigation, and user flows. Also, I collaborated with the sales and marketing teams to gather more detailed descriptions for the Services (Overview, Medical Device) and Why Globizz pages. I then incorporated these descriptions to strengthen credibility and better engage potential clients.

1. Pay close attention to consistency and accessibility when designing a new webpage.
2. Ensure that all the links and buttons work to reduce the bounce rates.
3. Provide descriptive page titles and meta descriptions, use semantic HTML tags, optimize page load speed, and use keywords effectively to improve the SEO.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to learn about which services are in high demand to discover which service pages should be updated first.
